Pet Regulations:Pets Allowed
Details:We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with no weight limit. The pet fee is $250 per pet up to 40 lbs., and $500 per pet above 40 lbs. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid. |
